Both of these issues in these pictures are in the same switchgear. The one above is showing a knife switch issue with the blade and the knife port. This is the B phase and is the main disconnect for the entire facility. The picture below is showing a bus bar issue and this is on the A phase. If either one where to give out it could cause the facility to shutdown or could potentially blow up causing a catastrophic fire and could kill some one. But with the facilities routine maintenance program we caught the issue in time and got it scheduled to a planed shut down with out any instances.

Infloor heat in concrete that needs to be jack lifted up with concrete so the two edges meet up. The contractor needed to know where the tubes were so they would not hit them when lifting up the concrete.
